Pingniner

Pingniner is a complete monitoring app built with simplicity in mind. This guide will help you to get started with monitoring in just a few minutes.

Signing Up

  1. Visit Pingniner and sign up for a new account.
  2. Verify your email address to activate your account.

After signing up, your account will automatically be assigned to the free plan. This plan gives you limited monitoring resources. If you require additional resources, you can subscribe to one of our paid plans in the Billing section of your account.

TIP

All our paid plans are eligible for a 14-day trial. This gives you time to try all the features of our monitoring platform risk-free.

Signing In

To sign in, go to app.pingniner.com and enter your credentials.

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset here.

TIP

For enhanced security, we recommend that you set up two-factor authentication. You can do this in your profile and use your preferred 2FA app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.).

Monitoring

With Pingniner, you can monitor many different resources. Visit the section of the resource type that you want to monitor.

  • Servers: Allows you to monitor the status of Linux/Windows/MacOS Servers.
  • Sites: Allows you to monitor the status of websites.
  • Pings: Allows you to monitor the status of network devices using ICMP Ping checks.
  • Ports: Allows you to monitor the status of network services using TCP port checks.
  • Heartbeats: Allows you to monitor the execution of your cron jobs or other scheduled tasks.
  • Blacklists: Allows you to monitor your IP addresses in public blacklists (DNSBLs).
  • Workstations: Allows you to track and assess the health of devices that are not always online.

Account

In the "Account" section, you can manage all the details regarding your account. Here you can manage billing-related issues, sub-accounts (users), your profile, resource groups, and support tickets. For more in-depth information about your account, please click here.
