Monitoring
What is a Monitor?
A "Monitor" refers to any monitored resource other than Servers or Workstations, which are categorized separately. It can include a Port (TCP Service), Ping (ICMP), IP Blacklist check, or a Job (such as a cron job).

Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime no questions are asked while you cancel but we would highly appreciate if you will give us some feedback.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You can sign up for free to any of our plans and enjoy the full paid benefits for free for 14 days. If you do not subscribe to any of our paid plans your account will be automatically placed on the free plan. You can easily subscibe to any of our plans inside our control panel.
What types of payment do you accept?
Pingniner accepts credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal payments.
Can I change plans for an existing account?
Yes. You can easily change plans yourself inside our control panel at any time.
Does Pinginer.com collect VAT/Sales tax?
Pinginer.com is required to collect tax in several countries around the world. This tax is generally referred to as VAT (Value Added Tax), consumption tax, or sales tax. Prices listed on our website do not include tax.
