In this section, we will go through all the functions related to your account, including billing, sub-accounts, groups, and more.
Billing
In this section, you can manage all things related to account billing:
- Subscribe to a paid plan
- Upgrade your subscription
- Update your payment method
- View and download your invoices
- Cancel your subscription

Subscribing to an annual plan gives you 2 months free.

If you need to change your billing details (like company name or VAT ID), please open a support ticket.
Profile
In this section, you can update:
- Your Email Address - This is also the address used for signing in to your account
- Your Name
- Set the Timezone - By default, your account will be using GMT/UTC. We recommend updating this accordingly for accurate reporting.
- Set your notification methods.
Supported notification channels
- Email Address - By default, all alert notifications will be sent to your account's email address. If you wish to disable this, you can toggle "Email Notifications" off.
- Telegram - Enter your Telegram ID to receive alerts from our Telegram bot. Talk to IDBot to find your Telegram ID. Sometimes Telegram will not relay any message until you have initiated a chat with our bot. Send any message to Pingniner Bot to prevent any issues.
- Slack - Enter your Slack webhook URL here. Click here for more info on how to set up a Slack webhook for your channel.
- Microsoft Teams - Enter your Microsoft Teams webhook URL here. Click here for more info on how to set up a webhook connector to your Team's channel.
- Webhook - You can use this to integrate a custom notification channel. When sending an alert on this channel, our app will make a POST request containing:

Groups
You can use groups so that you can easily find the resources you are interested in.
This feature becomes useful when you have a lot of monitoring resources.
The group can be anything you choose: your clients' names, resource type, etc.
It is not mandatory to attach monitors to groups, but it is recommended.

In this section, you can send us any issue that you may encounter.
If you encounter any issue and could not find the answer in our docs, please open a support ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Users
In this section, you can manage sub-accounts that have access to your account or contacts.
Sub-Accounts (authenticable users) have access to your account and can view, add, or update monitoring resources.
Contacts cannot log in and can only be used to receive alerts.
The main account (account owner) cannot be updated from here.
You can always convert a contact to an authenticable user.
After creating the sub-account, the password will be sent via email.
